In most cases, this is a problem with the inverter or a bad magnetron. Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these. I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer. You can find one here:

From my research, this sounds like a fairly new model. Consult your user's manual to see if this is a user, or common issue. If nothing is descibed then I would seek possible warranty service, or dealer replacement

A quick test. Switch off power then remove outer cover. Look for the transformer. remove the two wires connected to the primary side. Note, do not toutch anything else. power still sitting on the cap. With those two thin wires disconnected, make sure they are not toutching each other or leaning on the metal frame. Set a program that has been a problem and let it run. If it still stops and does what its not supposed to do, your board needs replacement.

A lot of times the error can be cleared by unplugging the microwave and leaving it unplugged for about 5 minutes. If this doesn't work then the actual sensor is probably gone bad. If you want the part number and price of the sensor, let me know and I will look it up for you. But the sensor should be changed by a trained technician. But hopefully, unplugging the microwave will solve this problem.
