The plastic supports are broken on the back of my microsoft wireless keyboard. Rather than having to buy a new keyboard for 70.00 plus, can these be replaced?

Why would you spend $70 on microsoft hardware products?  To answer your question though, no they do not sell replacement plastic supports.

My personal recommendation would be to look at newegg.com - they have good prices, and fast shipping, and will free you from microshaft.

Goo0dness, Had this myself just last week. Fortunately I had the old keyboard and mouse and plugged it in to get access. I deleted the wireless keyboard from device manager. rebooted the machine, quickly changed the mouse and keyboard back to the wireless one and it all came back on. saved me buying a new one. Hope this works for you.

I spilled water on my MS wireless multimedia keyboard 1.1. Dried it out. A few of the keys don't work. Is there a fix?

This depends on how good you are at opening your keyboard. Inside the keyboard is a thin plastic film that has contacts for the keyboard to make contact with. They are very sensitive to water. If you can take the keyboard apart carefully and can get to the plastic file and make sure its dry. (which i am guess its still got water in it cause they usually do) Then you can save your keyboard. Other wise sorry buy another one. The way i look at it is you are probabley going to be buying a new one anways what have you got to lose :)
I had the same issuse i got all keys working again except my f3 button. and i use it all the time so i adventually had to buy another keyboard. However if you like to take things apart :) now is a good time.
Hope this helps thanks
Steven.

Generally, it's easier to just buy a new keyboard. If you really like your current one, have you tried superglue? Should work on keyboard plastics.

Otherwise, phone the manufacturer of your keyboard?

Broken plastic feet

No where. It's one of those parts that once it's gone it's gone. If you REALLY want them you could possibly purchase the same model on eBay that's broken...but most sellers wouldn't bother selling a broken keyboard so its' not likely you'll find one :(

Microsoft 4000 Ergonomic keyboard - broken foot

they don't really make replacement parts for these, its not profitable just a small piece of plastic, you would have to create your own from metal or similiar, or use the keyboard without the feet, or replace the whole keyboard.

try re-installing the driver for your keyboard. If did not solve, try using your keyboard to another machine and see if it works there.

If it stil didn't work i suspected your keyboard is faulty. You might need to buy one since there's no way to change 3 keyboard keys only.
