It can be just from the monitor settings try messing with some of the controls on the monitor by pushing the "menu" button and changing the contrast or brightness or if it's warm, cool or user, if it's not on warm try setting it to warm.

When I connect the moniter to the graphic card geforce 6200 it will not show a display at all. connection to the computer using the regular connection it shows

On both the Graphics card and the monitor, the blue connector is a 15 pin DSub VGA video and the white connector is a DVI video.
With the monitor it should default to the 15pin DSub video input.
If you want to use the DVI video input you need to configure the monitor to use the DVI video input. DVI to DVI give the best picture quality.
If you want to go from 15pin DSub to DVI you need a converter cable.
Try conviguring the monitor for a DVI video input.

E-geforce resolution compatibility

Hi,
That is exactly right. Actually that videocard can even go beyond and support 2048 x 1536 resolution so you should be good to.

You can verify this here under product specs:

Adding a video card and get no output

Look in the motherboards manual for info about installing graphics cards, see if it needs jumpers. Plus make sure you plugged the monitors vga or dvi on the right place (VGA or DVI port ON the graphics card, NOT on the old vga port you used to plug your monitor before )

See if it works otherwise tell me..

Video Card not working.

Connect your monitor card into your origional monitor port. Boot to BIOS and disable the VGA port. Save and exit. After re-start, shut down and install the new AGP.

Nvidia GeForce 7200 GS PCIE - Multi-Display does not work

This card does not allow you to Multi-Display with the VGA port and the S-video port. If you put a DVI to VGA port adaptor (not supplied) on the DVI port, you can Mulit-Display two VGA monitors and (presumably) a VGA (from the DVI port) and S-video monitor.

This is not explained anywhere and the card does not come with a DVI to VGA port adaptor, so I wa only able to work this out after I bought the DVI to VGA port adaptor.

Can't use DVI with monitor

You have 3 ports on your graphics card(VGA - 15 pin D-Sub x 1, DVI x 1, and S-Video x 1)Now if you want to use DVI just connect the DVI port to your monitor thats all..
