Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1: Windows
My sister uses Windows Mail. Until today it has been working fine until she got the error (0x800C155,2) if she clicks okay, she is then getting msoe.dll could not initiallised.
She has tried running as administrator - to no avail
Run registration cleaner - to no avail
Checked in task manager processes for winmail.exe - not running
Not using Norton or McAfee. Has been running Trend for about a month but has been working fine with that until today.
She is not very good with computer when it comes to fixing problems. I have seen a long and winding way around this by resetting windows mail but requires quite a lot of back up which I know she will find difficult.
Does anyone know a quick fix to this problem. She relies on this for work and has hundreds of emails that she cannot afford to lose.
Any help would be appriciated
I resolved this problem by creating a new user account with administration rights. Logged on as the new user. Then logged off and logged back on using the user account that had problems and hey presto everything was working normally again. It seemed that in creating the new administration account windows repaired any corrupted files that was causing problems.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
