I took it all apart and I can not find the problem. Except the screen plugs into the motherboard unde the plastic strip. There is a single black wire with a eye loop on the end and it looks like a ground wire it is not attached to anything it's just there. Also when I turn it on the fan will run for about 4 seconds.and stop. some times if just left alone it will try to boot on it's own but noyhing happens just a black screen. Please help

Seems you have problem with your charger...might be its not working. Check its its led is glowing or not. if its working then might be the battery of the laptop is exhausted. contact your dealer...
It might be problem from the RAM, check it with another RAM. For booting the minimum requirement of the computer is RAM, a display unit i.e. Monitor and display card, the input unit i.e Keyboard, if any of the unit have some problem the machine will not boot. If all the these are in good condition then it might be a problem from the motherboard circuit.
If this does not solve your issue give me a feedback with more details, this helps to find solutions for the problem.
The beeps that you are discribing unfortunatly point to a faulty motherboard, If the notebook is still under warrenty then it would be worth exchanging it for a new one.
if its totaly blank , the first thing you should try is connecting it too an external moniter, that will rule out motherboard or graphics card problem if you get a display to an external moniter
