Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

I recently bought a camera that uses SDHC memory cards. When I put the 4GB card in the printer slot my PIXMA IP6000D does not recognize it. What can I do?

Initially, you need to format the new memory when you place it in the camera. Did you do this? If not, you will lose what pictures you currently have on there as only your camera will be able to read the data and nothing else. Always format initially.
