when i pluggled my ps 2 to my television set it started and when I inserted the cd in it then it does not any thing only two options appear on screen browser and system configration and when i clicked on browser it gives me disc read error

I Wanted To thank you guys For the tips. I work for a small game store in Urbana,Ohio. I work On PS2 systems more than any other. But I didn`t know about adjusting the laser eye. I just did that with my personal system and it worked like a charm!!! So again thanks for the Info my customers will be very apprecative and save me alot of time!!!

Thanks for the wonderul help you made my christmas. My kids thank you. My ps2 is a little different, I removed the screws carefully removed the bottom cover there is a ribbon in the side of the bottom of the component side be careful not to pull this apart the ps2 will not work if you do the other steps explained the ps2 will work, if your laser eye is working be sure to clean the control arm will a Q tip. Thanks again

ok for anyone trying this guide the first thing i should mention is you are playing around with a lot of voltage so be very careful.
secondly if the laser has slipped it will not have moved far if it does not work within 4 clicks each way your laser is pretty much screwed plus there are several different models and some adjust in more directions this is a great fix for this problem with old ps2
but if it dont work within those 4 clicks give it up your laser is dead or dying

Had some problems with the covers at first but after i figured out my ps2 was a little different and found two screws by the controller ports holding the cover on everything worked out fine thanks a lot. time for madden 08 hahahaha

To fix this problem, you will need to open your PS2 and re-adjust its lens. To open your PS2, first turn it upside down. Remove the 4 rubber feet and 6 square tabs (circled in the picture) by sliding a flat screwdriver (or something similar) underneath them.

- Now clean all the dust, hair, or whatever you have lying in there. If you haven't opened your PS2 before, you should expect to find a lot of dirt. Clean it by blowing it away, using tweezers to pick dust bunnies, or using canned compressed air.
Bring your PS2 back over to your TV and plug it back in. Then carefully push the eject button.

- When the tray is open, unplug the PS2. Be sure to leave your PS2 off when the laser tray is open, since the laser could be very harmful to your eyes. You can also use the master power switch on the back to turn the PS2 off. Clean the lens and everything under the tray, but be careful not to spray canned air directly on the lens.

- Notice the white disc, circled in yellow with a red mark. Don't touch it (yet). This is the gear that adjusts the level of the lens. Mark its original position with a marker, so that if you don't succeed in fixing it, you could at least return it to its original position. You should mark it where the red line is in the picture, which is where the left edge of the gear (looking from the front) is touching the unit.

When you turn the gear clockwise, it will raise the lens. Once you reach a certain point, the lens will drop to the bottom and start moving up again. Notice that the range of movement is exactly one turn of the gear, and therefore you will always be able to return the gear to its starting position (which you marked before). Now turn the gear clockwise until you hear a click (right after the lens has reached it maximum height, and then dropped back to the bottom).

Plug just one controller into the front of your PS2. Put a game in the tray. The Blue PS2 games usually cause the most problems, so try it first with a PSone game (if you own one, of course). Place the black lid on top of the tray and lightly but firmly hold it down. Plug your PS2 back and turn it on. The tray should close. Turn on your TV. After the splash screen, hit X to open the browser. If your game loaded successfully, try testing it with DVD, Silver PS2, and Blue PS2.

If at least one of your discs doesn't load, eject the disc and unplug the PS2 with the tray open. Take the black lid off and play with that gear some more: turn it clockwise four clicks and then put the game on, put the lid back on and try again. Repeat this until all your games appear on the browser. Remember to turn off the PS2 between tries!

After all your games worked on the browser, try to load them. You should also listen to your PS2. If grinding noises appear, it might mean that the lens is too close to the disc or too far from it, and you should re-adjust it. Now try testing as much games and DVD's as you can, before you put your PS2 back together. Remember that Blue PS2 games might cause more problems than other discs.

When you're satisfied with the way your PS2 works, you can put it back together. Eject the tray, take out your game, and let it close before unplugging it. Put the small screws back in ? screw them so they're applying light but firm pressure. After screwing them, carefully slide the tip lid back on and flip you PS2 over. Put the bottom lid back on and then put the screws back in. In case you haven't marked them, the longer screws are marked red in this picture:

Now test your PS2 again. If something's still wrong, you might need to take it apart again, but at least now you know how!

Amazing tutorial madni, you are brilliant. I saw this all over the internet, but thanks for taking the time to actually post pictures, as they significantly help so much. I had trouble reading DVDs and CDs and they play flawless, as if I've just got the PS2 out of the box, and it loads significantly faster, its really amazing how that could be a problem. Anyway thank you so much for the solution!

I really appreciated this tutorial! However, I noticed that everytime I checked the white gear between testing games that it seemed to have already reset to its original state, where I had marked it. Is it automatically resetting or am I imagining that?

thanks for the tutorial! It worked perfectly for me. My PS2 wasn't reading anything and it wasnt even drty when I opened it up, but after playing around with the white gear I was able to adjust it. It even loads faster than ever before. Not only is it now fixed, It seems improved.

I have used the same theory suggested on my PS2 slim which had difficulties in reading disc lately. I have found two adjusting screws under the laser len, one for cd and one for dvd. After a few tries adjusting clockwise and anit-clockwise, my slim ps2 back to life again! I will try to fix my old PS2 (which was my another dead ps2 (fat one)and had been stopped reading disc ages ago) may be it will turn back on life again. Thanks for your post. It is very likely of breaking your ps2 while trying to repair it yourself, but if it cant read disc, it just like another piece of rubbish consider the cost of getting someone to repair it is so high that you can in fact get a new one. If this method didn't work, my next option is get a new ps2 and forget about the dead one, or may be upgrade to a PS3 or xbox360. It definitely worths a try.

This can occur if the Playstation has been knocked or dropped. On the slim version if you remove the screws underneath and remove the top cover you may find the the small drive shaft has been dislodged from the motor. Push it back into place refit cover and screws. This fixed my PS2 with this fault.

First; thank you for the step by step description that you have done here. For me it did not work though. It did help me eliminate the lazer as an issue though.

Second; what some might be seeing, as I did, is that the slide the lazer is on was gunking up. Just took a q-tip and redistributed the material and it worked just fine once again.

Third; my lazer was actually too close. Just something to keep in mind.

- Elmoemily - I did this tutorial and it worked great, maybe you are missing a part or one of your parts in malfunctioned, there could be many things wrong and I am not sure. Fixya have another feature called Live Chat where you can actually have a messenger conversation with one of the experts. I think you should try it I am sure one of them could help you.

I first of would try a cleaning disk, the only other thing I would do different is not to use compressed air or anything to blow the dust further in but use a vaccume cleaner to suck the dust out. If you still cant get it to play you probably need a new laser unit, adjusting the Pots or anything else on the laser is not advisable as they are factory preset with all focal lengths and also disassembling the laser is not a good idea either, althoug I guess if nothing else if it is dead, you arent going to hurt anything more. Good luck, but I think you probably will want a new DVD mech.

Is there any specific disk your PS2 is not able to read or it does the same thing with all the disks. If you haven't tried it, try using a different disk and lets see what it says.

Hey buddy. I had the same prob. & almost went and traded my PS2 out + $40 for another PS2 system abut decided to try and fix it myself. After doing many searches and taking mine apart and right before giving up, I took a q-tip and some 91% isop. alcohol and wiped off the lens. Also before doing that, I used canned air and blew aout everything, it was filthy. I took out all the screws on the botttom, I don't have to larger PS2 (older one) but the slimmer one but still, same for removing the bottom screws. One of the rubber 'feet' have a screw under it, just one, which threw me off for a bit. All the other covers for the screws are hard plastic. Good luck. Whew!

If you ever shut your PS2 off from the back switch without puting it in hibernation first (holding the green button down for a couple seconds {it will turn red when hibernating} ) it will burn the laser out or somthing inside the circuit board. I had to find out that the hard way with my first PS2 (had no idea things hibernated, the PS1's didn't). I've tried all the advice for my 2nd to get it to read certain disks and none of it works (ajusted cogs, turned screws, had it cleaned and looked at by an electronics shop {he told me the laser was probably getting old and weak}). It still plays the same games as before and doesn't play some games. I've given sony $600 for their consoles so far and I don't think I will buy a PS3 or even PS4 now, let alone another PS2. Don't let them get away with more of your money, your better off with a Wii or X-box 360.

By the way I've owned a Nintendo, N64, Sega Genesis, PS1, Game Boy Advance & SP, X-Box, Game Cube, X-Box 360, and 2 Playstation 2's. The PS 2's are the only one's I've ever had serious trouble with, so I think their is something seriously wrong with that.

now its not a sure way,but it could work.Being that the ps3 is a computer system like the xbox 360.I suggest the towell trick.This is where u wrap 2-3 towels around ur system thus causing it to over heat,shutdown and reboot.After system has reboted it self and shutdown.YOU unplug and cool it with a fan.If done right system will rebot like a home p.c would

You have to unplug all the cables also put it on a flat surface. Then use a flat blade screw driver to pull off the rubber feet. Then unscrew the screws and then pull the top half from the bottom half. Then use a cotton swab to clean the lazer swab it very carefully. (you can also clean the rest of it to help fix the problem)(i use to have the same problem but when i cleaned it it fixed it. I hope th was ishelpful.

pushing the disc down a little harder till it snapped in around center protrution of the unit did it . When I first installed the disc it looked like it shouldve went down farther but I pushed and it didnt seem to go anywhere and I didnt want to push to hard,wasnt sure how fragile this unit is . When in doubt PUSH HARDER!!! Thanks anyway.

I first of all tried Darel`s solution, it did indeed need a cleaning, however, the alcohol on the q-tip was what ulyimately fixed the PS2. Thanks for all the help.

The same thing happened to me. If you have a fat ps2 the only way to fix it is to get a slim ps2. If it is a slim ps2 then you might have something wrong with the lens. But the fat ps2s tend to not play a lot of games especially Guitar Hero World Tour.

dont get an xbox 360 ive had 3 now and all of them has been sent back over 4 times each they over haet after about 5 hours and you need a new fan about 1 or 2 times a year

I go on my ps2 and then with any disc i try it doesn't work. But when i get on it goes straight to the browser ans system configuration. But i click on the browser and it's like there is no game in it at all. I think either the spinner broke, or the sensor got screwed up.

Nope, I had the same experience. I have the first version of the PS2, got it on release date, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But mine has a self-regulating gear that turns the white gear, adjusting the laser. So even when I turn it by hand, it's returned to its default position once I've turned it on.

The one thing that did help, however, was cleaning the laser lens. I was having trouble reading a purple disc, but now it works.

When I put a disc into my ps2 it loads for no more than a second, if I do this over and over eventually it'll load longer and show a dark screen with disc read error in the middle of it. Can you help me I can't play any of my favorite games!

This problem started about 2-3 days ago. My used ps2 slim system will not read any discs. I fixed it before by using an "eye" cleaner. But now it wont even read that. I don't know what to do. I don't want to have to buy another system if it's just a silly glitch. I got it from Gamestop, so I don't know if if the will fix it or give me another system to replace my old one. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I have the same problem, I have cleaned the lens with alcohol. Moved the cd screws and the dvd screws clockwise and counter clockwise with no improvement. Any other suggestions, next i will get an cleaning disc.

Gave my nephew Rock Band PS2 edition for Christmas. All of his other games play fine and he was able to play Rock Band at Christmas but now he gets a disc read error. Please advise if it's the disc or the PS2.

the system will work with some games when the merory card is inserted but other games that i have never played before will not work. The system says that it is reading disk then it says disk read error.

just connected my brand new out of box ps2 and it only shows BROWSER and SYSTEM CONFIGURATION on the screen ,it allows me to go into these options and change things,then goes right back to the same screen ,but doesnt start the game I inserted . Am I missing some step to start a game or is there some initial setup I am missing to get a game to even show up on the screen . I would think this should be ready to go right out of the box?

so. i have a ps2 slim and ghwt won't play. can't read the disk. neither will anything else. i started to take it apart, but it won't come apart for some reason. theres something holding it together even after i removed all the screws. i can't figure out what.
anyway i think my problem's different. when i turn it on with a game in, it makes a weird scratching sound. then it says can't read disk. inside, just to the right of the laser, there's a little square thing sticking out. i'm 90% sure that's what's rubbing. any ideas?

Same Problem - when i pluggled my ps 2 to my television set it started and when I inserted the cd in it then it does not any thing only two options appear on screen browser and system configration and when i clicked on browser it gives me disc read error. I double checked with another GH game to rule out a problem with my PS2.

Bought RockBand for ps2 (slim) and disc does not read. All other games load without a problem. I have read that this game is dual layer and that the laser may be misaligned and not reading both layers. can you tell me how to adjust the laser myself?

My brother just got RockBand SpecialEdition with the drums, mic & guitar for PS2, the old version... anyways when we inserted the disc It didn't play!

I went into browser and it said a message saying "Disc read error", anyone with the same problem knows what I mean... Anyone who can fix this problem without taking apart my ps2 please help!!

We have tried to unplug it, clean the inside with a cloth, and tried DVDs and games.I have a new redesigned one, but nothing seems to work.It was working fine last night.I tried to play a game this morning, and it didn't work.It was roughly handled( pushed into controllers and wires) last night if that might have anything to do with it.

I have the (Old model) of the PS2, and it isn't working well. Evertime I stick in a disc, or DVD it says,"Disc read Error" and doesn't play it. I even opened it and cleaned it, but it never worked. I have a disk read error problem, already cleaned the lens. I also noticed that when I turn it on, their are times that it will just go black, and on the other times is when I will hit the browser screen and it goes to the disk read error screen. If I keep trying, sometimes it will start the game, but never get the the main screen where you can actually play the game, just the icons that specify who's game it is, and the subsequent company or creators of the game. After that: blackness. Will adjusting the laser solve this, and if so how do you do that.

My PS2 froze, and then after that it would not play any discs at all. It would just say "disc read error" on the main PS2 screen. I would stick in a disc, the screen would go black, the PS2 would make sounds (Like stop, and go, stop and go, etc.) and then it would say "Disc read error'" again.

Hi, I have the "big" playstation 2 and im getting a disc read error on a lot of my games. i know its not the games because for one they are in great condition and secondly they will work sometimes and not get an error message. I took the console apart and cleaned the lense, and i also turned the white gear counterclockwise till the gear could not move anymore and the eye was at its lowest position. I was wondering if there is something else i can do or if its time to tradeup for a new one.

Hi, my PS2 is 6 or 7 years old and yesterday it gave me the disc read error message after trying to play a game i played just hours before. Now, normally when this happens I can fix it with canned air or lense cleaner. But this time that didn't work. The crazy part is... it will still play my old playstation games with the black or blue backs. but none with silve backs. any advice would be great!

My PS2 has always been a *****.. most of the time it can never read a disc and takes me straight to the splach screen (the one with the browser and configuration options). If i open the browser, it always says, disc reading forever until judgement day and kingdom come. It never changes and when it does, it's only to change to "disc read error" which is not helpful at all. Now, i have given up on my PS2 games and trying out my PS1 games.. Last night, they worked perfectly with no problems watsover. I tried again this morning, and now EVERY time i put in the same games, it always goes to the 'please insert a playstation or playstation 2 format disc'.. I have tried a few solutions on the internet : (pressing reset many time, cleaning the disc, manually opening the console and changing the elevation of the lens) ive tried alot of things and im losing hope, also my mind.. Bottom line, my PS2 doesnt work consistently and its driving me crazy....any suggestions?

I have a silver PlayStation 2 (77001). My PS2 has worked in the past.
Now when I go to play a game, it will not play.
I place my PS2 game label side up in the PS2. I close the lid. I press the power button on my PS2. The light turns green. On my tv a screen pops up with two options Browser, and System Configuration. When I go to the Browser the only option I have available is the Memory card. I have tried five other games, with the same result. These games work on other PS2's.

When I first turn the ps2 on it will read or play movies for about 3minutes then it will lock up. It has to be unpluged for about an hour before it will read it again. I've dusted the system, replaced the laser, and also adjust the laser height. The results are the same. It seems like something is heating up then it fails and quits readings.

My silver disk work, but when I put in the black or blue disk, the errer read message comes up. Any suggestion. Thanks

Yesterday i wanted to play a game on ps2 but there is only two games that work so i put one of the two in and then swaped that after clicking browser. And it worked but today i tried it and it didn't work

I have a ps2 that turns on fine but if you have a disc in it then it continuous spins but never loads the disc (it's like this for cd's, dvd's, and the ps2 games)
opened it up and the laser shines and looks clean (but I cleaned it anyway) the laser moves both up and down and forward and backward
also I go into the "Browser" and it just says "Reading Disc" near the bottom of the screen but it just keeps saying that and never comes up with anything else
if I put in a memory card it can read that so I'm assuming that it's something to do with the laser
I would appreciate any advice or solutions from someone on this problem!

Every time I pop in Gran Turismo 4 into the ps2 it only reads the disk for like a half a second before not even saying disk read error. Only happens with that one disc. Got it to work in the past by ejecting and reinserting several dozen times. But now won't work at all. Help me please!

When I put in any disc it just shows that its reading and then it makes a clicking noise and it finally show "The disc could not be read" My son was playing with the laser eye and it has not worked since then.

I have not made any attempt at fixing this problem. This is a used ps2 I picked up for my kids. It worked well for a while. It was played heavily, but we do not play it as often. It says disc read error.

we have the same problem. screen browser and system configration is all we can get to after inserting disk. some disks work then others won't. then when you try the one that didn't work earlier it starts working.

I've had my ps2 since 2005 and it is the slim type and just last year it started saying disc read error.Then just 1 week ago i bought rock band on amazon.com and when i put the disc in it said reading disc for 20 min. and would'nt start.So then i took it apart cleaned it and it still would'nt work.

I recently bought Rock Band for my ps2, which was used just days before to play Guitar Hero and was used quite regularly. $150 dollars later, I set everything up.. put the disc in.. and "Disc Error". With help over the internet, I cleaned the inside of the ps2 and repeatedly tried again but still got the same frustrating results. And then after that, the ps2 wouldn't read any of the discs, so I bought another ps2 and the same thing happened. I am overly frustrated and potentially out $150.. HELP! Apparently this is happening a lot with the Rock Band disc. Other suggestions that won't cost me any more tears or money?

We have used a lens cleaner on our ps2 as we cannot play our discs anymore it tells us that there is a disc read error. We have also vacumed it from the outside. we did not want to open it as we do not know much about them. If we could have pictures aswell as a summary we would be very greatful. My playstation 2 was having problems with reading the discs, but sorted that by cleaning the lens every month. But then my ps2 fell off the side and onto the floor. Since this, NOTHING has worked. Everytime I put a disc in it just says disc read error. I've tried cleaning the lens with a lens cleaning disc, but it was no good.

I've cleaned small and large lenses, cleaned lens gears(the tracks that move the lens) even made sure that the white plastic arm has a good connection to it. I've been doing research all day and I have been trying to adjust the angle of the laser to see if that helps. I was told by some guy that I should consider disconnecting the orange power tap for it has no real purpose but to reset the laser. but this has me nervous. please help.

My problem is similar, but if I put the diagnosis feature, then the system works but the memory card slot doesn't recognize it card , and alsa the game play gets very weird and lacks of gameplay continuity(example, in Guitar Hero 2; in easy mode and medium gets tilted a lot when your playing a lot of notes, and is imposible and intolerable to play), I cleaned the lasers, and all that, I am thinking the buy a new one and repair the old one and then sel it.....

My blue discs wouldn't load.. "disc read error" Followed the pictures (scroll down) and took the thing apart...(very nervously) and carefully cleaned dust and laser lens, and wa-la!! IT WORKS!! Thanx!!
PS.
I had problem getting it apart... DUH... security seal tape was holding it closed. If you take that off, it VOIDS warranties, I believe.. time to chose!!

My son has one of the older (bigger) ps2 systems. it seems that at times when we put games in that they wont work. I am not sure if they are disk read errors or not. We dont get any notification of this. What happens is that the system goes directly to a screen that shows two options: browser settings and system config. Certain games work fine, other dont work at all, while still others work at times and then not at all. Any suggestions?

it only reads disk error on the colored disks and this is an original ps2 no damage to it. could it just be dust build up?

When I inserted the cd in the player, it does not do any thing. Only two options appear on the screen - browser and system configration. When I click on browser it gives me "disc read error" message.

my ps2 keeps saying can't read disk. but only the newer games. ps1 games work dvds work older ps2 games like ihra drag racing work but my kids new games like monster jam and shrek smash n crash do not. the ps2 was mine until a month ago when i got a ps3. i put this 2 in my daughters room . i played monster jam with her 2 days ago and it worked fine. not sure why dvd would work but not games. i put the games on my sons ps2 and the games are ok. help

connect to T.V. connect controller, insert disk and browser/system menu comes up. starts to read disk but then says error reading disk, i cleaned disk tried another game disk and always the same.

Hi, I have a ps2 50000 version9 or 10 with disk read error, i've changed the laser which was a HD7 with a 400r reassembled but still the same message.How do i adjust the laser height? i have 2 white disks on the laser frame not the single one.

Any help will be a bonus.

i tried watching the futurama movie benders big score on my ps2, but it cannot read my disc, then on disc one of my aqua teen hunger force box set, it had no problem playing that, but then it can't read disc two, what is going on here???

when I put in a dvd it tarts to spin up and then it slows down and speeds up again and then stops spinning.
with the top cover off of the dvd player I can see the laser light coming up through the dvd so I am assuming that the laser is ok.

My playstation 2 operates like a Playstation 1. It plays the backward compatible games and music cds, but will not play PS2 or DVD discs at all. I keep getting the disc read error message on the browser screen.

when ever i put the cd in, my console won't do anything! i went to the browser and selected the cd and it acts like it's going to load 'cause the screen turns black but after awhile it just goes back to the browser and acts like nothing happened. it doesn't even say disc read error.
i havent done anything to fix it yet cause every thing i read so far involves opening it up and moving stuff around. plus i dont know exactly what the problem is.

note: this happened directly after it fell about 2 ft. off the chair i had it on.

My kids got the Guitar Hero III Legonds of Rock for our Play Station 2. We have been able to play other games without problem, but when we try to load Guitar Hero, it displays Browser and System Config. We click on Browser, and it tries to read the disc, however, eventually says "disc read error"......HELP!!! ps. the game plays okay on my sister's PS2!!???...

i played a game, turned it off, tried to play an hr later, and it wont read any disks. it just gives me cannot read disk. ive cleaned the lens with a qtip, ive blown the lens. i dont know if the lens needs replaced or what

My playstation 2 says the acts the same way. When I turn it on and put it a disk, has two options. Browser and System Configuration , when i click on browser it says Disc Read Error. I've tried taking the playstation apart and cleaning the dust out of it. I blew into the memory card and controller slots. Nothing is working and I need help, now please.

I had the same problem with my PS2 console. The console wouldn't recognize it when a disk was inserted. I followed the step by step instructions and it WORKED!!! Thank you for taking the time to post the instructions with the pics. It was very helpful and my kids think I am Super Mom!

i've had my playstation2 for a few years and a dew days ago when i inserted a game into it, the "option screen" came up, so i pressed the browser button and it came up as disc cannot be read and no data. i rang sony australia and they said to vacum it, and if that doesnt work i put that lens disc in, and it couldnt read or find data on the lens disk. my playstation is now not accepting any disc and mum thinks its a waste if i sell it because we just got guitar hero three (which doesent work) and i cant afford to buy a new one.

I have this problem only with TR Anniversary. All other discs play. I gave the disc to another guy with a ps2 and it loaded with no problems.

Well i insert my disc... few seconds... system configuration with a picture of a disc on screen and the brief messege of "No Data" appears on screen then disappears. I click X to continue... screen goes black then exactly the same screen appears as before "No Data".
I have cleaned my discs but still the problem occurs.

Its almost the exact same thing for me as described by thes other people...Every time I get a couple seasons into my franchise on
Madden footbal something goes wrong...right now I am three seasons without a loss and on all-madden 13-0 got a great franchise with no created players and I get whooped in the 1st quarter and all though I never do this I re-started the game...

Ever since then KARMA went bad..As you might guess it would re-load the game but then freeze and earlier and earlier in the game now it doesnt read any of the three discs I tried.. browser and sys. config. come up and then disc read error...

the disc is new...its not that...even the sys. is new...compared to many other people and not abused..Is there anything one can do????????? This planned obsolescence is BS . MY FRANCHISE : ( : (

I have taken the cover off and cleaned the lens. The unit spins and makes a gear jam noise in the process of reading the disc.

disc error, disc not spinning, I read this blog and my unit is now working. If you try it once and it does not work, try - try - try again; each time turning the gear "counter" clockwise (not clockwise) a little and it will work. Thanks for putting this together

I have the same problem. Ours has not been abused or used very much and was working fine and them bam -- when it comes on it opens to browser/system configuration and says disc cannot be read--but it will read certain games, but not our favorites of course. Please help!
