Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

My hp officejet 6210 all in one keeps jamming

Every single paper immediately jams. It's not new copy paper - just your standard stuff. I clear jammed paper but it's jamming every single time now.

Look at the rear of the printer....there might be a large access door with a big knob to turn.

Hi,

Turn off the printer

Remove the Rear Access door
Clean the collers ( upwards ) with lint free cloth.
Close the Door.

Scuffle the papers in tray and place them

Try to make copy or print.

HP 6210 All-In-One

Open up the top and look into the cartridge/paper print area. Look in the corners, Sometimes little pieces of paper can still be stuck there. Once you are convinced that the paper and cartridge path is clear then...

Pull out the paper tray. Look inside the opening. If there is paper there then pull it out.

Take all of the paper out of the paper tray.
Turn it over (paper on top is now on the bottom of the tray)

Try it now.
