Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
WE experienced both cable/internet interruptions and a power outage after an ince storm...
i rebooted the fax component but the printer operaiton is not working.
Software appears properly installed in both of my laptops and the HP laptop is working with my other all in one ( HP 3050)
What is the rest procedure for the 3030.?
You may have had a power surge which has damaged the printing component. A Technician will need to look at it. However insurance should cover you for a new printer
