Question about Lexmark X3650 Printer
My printer right now is showing cartridge error. I changed both cartridge (color and black) but the error same equal. How can I reset this trouble?
It´s posible that the printer is broken in order to ask for the guarantie?

If cartridges are not original or are refilled, use new original cartridges.
If the cartridges are new and original, try cleaning the metal sensor inside the cartridge carriage.
If still no luck , contact Lexmark using the number listed on the owner manual.
