Question about HP Officejet J5780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have two printers of the same model, HP J5780, both working just fine and connected to computers running on the windows system. One of the computers, which is a notebook, started malfunctioning, and and I substituted it for the other computer (a desktop). I connected the printer of that notebook to this computer, but is doesn't print anything. The only error message is that there was an error in printing. I already tried re-starting the printer but there was no improvement. I'd be glad for any suggestions, because I am really lost here.
Have you check if Device Manager entries for Printer and Drivers viz. USB etc are not marked..
Also let me know the Printer Spooling error if any come up exactly.
May be you have to go for reinstallation, let me know the details for further diagnosis.
