First question is the age of the phone or more specifically, how long has the phone been used on your contract? If this is an old phone you purchased under a provider plan, call the provider help line. AT&T gave me the unlock code to one phone I no longer used, and the unlock code to another phone that was eligible for an upgrade. If this is a new phone, providers are unlikely to issue the unlock code. The alternate solution is to search the Web for "unlocking phones". But, be careful. Most of the sites will charge a fee and some are just scams to get your credit card information.
Be sure the outside knob is unlocked before closing the door.
Schlage locks do not lock the inside knob or lever. After releasing the turn button, also turn the inside lever or knob, then check the outside knob.
What model of lock is this?
I read this elsewhere. it's worth a try... "I had the same problem, batteries dead and i could not find the keys. I read on the internet that if you get a hairdryer, and heat up the front of the safe where the keypad is and where the spare key goes in this will work, i thought anything is worth a try. So i held the hairdryer there for a bout 15 mins and what happens is the heat slowly boosts the battery life, enabling you to open the safe. You will notice that you start to get a beep noise from the key pad. even though i was getting a beep from the pad it didnt open straight away but after about 10 mins i retried the code and it worked. Make sure you replace the batteries immediately before closing the safe again "
i have a godrej locker at home , but i locked it twice and now the message comes secure . now how do i open it. the code is same but it was locked twice and so the message came as secure - good. now i can't open it
i hope this helps someone. i just spent three hours trying to fix this problem. this occurance happens when the internal assembly is screwed down too tight to the door - somehow it doesnt give it enough give to turn the lock 100%. just loosen up the screws from the assembly to the door, and everything should now function correctly.
First you did not give the safe brand second you have to be a lock smith who can unlock the safe. We won't answer these types of questions if we don't have a way to verify owner ship of the same, But since you have posted it I am sure the police will be contacting you shortly for the fix.
