Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
Just tell me what to do please.
OK, here's a real solution. That HDD6330 is completely incompatible with either Windows Vista or Windows Media Player 11 - if you have plugged it into a computer with one of those two piece sof software/OS's, then you have already ruined the player. Take it back to the store.
If you have not done the above, the only program that you can use to transfer songs to this particular GoGear is Windows Media Player 10 - period. Before plugging the player into the computer, rollback your current Windows Media Player to version 10 - the exact instructions are on Microsoft's Windows Media Player help site - I'm not going to baby-step you through it.

Use the software the came along with player to upload the songs and videos, the s/w takes care of building up the playlist.
