OK, here's a real solution. That HDD6330 is completely incompatible with either Windows Vista or Windows Media Player 11 - if you have plugged it into a computer with one of those two piece sof software/OS's, then you have already ruined the player. Take it back to the store.

If you have not done the above, the only program that you can use to transfer songs to this particular GoGear is Windows Media Player 10 - period. Before plugging the player into the computer, rollback your current Windows Media Player to version 10 - the exact instructions are on Microsoft's Windows Media Player help site - I'm not going to baby-step you through it.

I dont know what to do

i think you have to first copy the musics to the mp3 player then when the music's are in the mp3 you make the playlist but i stil think that will not work because some mp3 dont suport playlist's.

I dont know how to download songs onto the vl-875 music player

when you have your Vl-875 is plugged in just open up my computer and double click on the f drive (i think its f anyways) and you should get a bunch of folders like "Audio" and "Music" and the like. just open up the Audio folder NOT the music folder and drag your songs into it it you can create folders with in it for naming cd titles etc then just drag and drop your music into the folders you have created

Well formatting IS deleting all the files on your sandisk. I figured that out the first day i had it. So if you're formatting when all your songs are on there, then that's your problem. If not, then i dont know what to tell you.

Many times, MP3 players will play music from an "Audio" folder. Try naming the folder "Audio".
