Replaced all parts for dryer because of no heat dryer runs drum turns had breaker and wiring going into dryer everything ok still no heat could wires be backwards going to replacement parts?

Electric dryers have as many as three thermal fuses. See if you might have missed one. One next to coils, one next to drum and one near the lint trap at air outlet. All three have different trip settings.

You have either shorted the breaker or broken the coil. If you check the breaker first, save time. If that isn't it, and you need to replace the coil, be careful that you don't short the coil against the machine itself or you will end up in the same boat.

No heat for the dryer, drum turns, breakers good

Check the thermal fuses / temp sensors mounted on the top exetrior of the heating chamber and also the heating element. Both accessible from the rear of the machine.

The dryer does not heat up, it starts and everything, but no heat

Sounds like your problem is with the heating coil.
If you plan to try to repair the problem yourself, then the first thing you want to do is unplug the dryer from the electric.
Remove the back of the machine and try to locate the air tube going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside the air tube you will find the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistor.
Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with a continuity meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty.
Good Luck,
Hope this helps
