Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

generally cellphones use the last 4 digits of your cellphone number as the default locking code. if you changed it , you may have to reset your phone witch would also lose all your contacts . contact Samsung go to their website www.samsung.com

Samsung u600 keeps freezing when texting and loses T9 memory. Also doesn't keep signal very well :(

I have had the same problem for ages. I have got around it by stil using predictive text but when you have finished typing the word dont press space. Press "right" to take you to the end of that word then space then you can the type your next word. You have to press right after every word but it's better than texting without predictive.
