You should be able to search google to find the manufacturer of your MB. Then you go to thier website, and goto the Support/ Downloads section, and you can download thier drivers.
Q-LITY CP810E-M i810e μATX (Pendant series)
The Q-lity CP810E-M (Tangent MBX-034) is a high performance mainboard based on the Intel 810E chipset. The Q-lity CP810E-M is designed for the Intel Pentium III or Intel Celeron processors. This chipset supports 66/100/133 FSB, ATA 33/66 and PC100 memory. It has built-in
2D/3D acceleration with 4MB video cache and AC97 audio.
Usually I recommend downloading drivers from the manugacturer's website, but ti appears Tangent has changed their policy and now requires a username/password for access.
I did find a posting for the complete driver set on driverguide.com which is a site I use alot. Can't speak for the quality of the drivers themselves.
