Going to need some more information. The lanp on the mother board shows you have power to the board but you still could have a power supply issue. Please explain in detail what happens when you try and start the computer and why you think the board isnt "on" I will try and help. Thanks

Hey friends I have D102GGC2 MoBo. I am willing to purchase Graphics card. My budget is INR 1500/- . Which card should I purchase ? Other Info : 2 GB Ram DDR2. 1 TB + 80 GB Hdd + 2 DVD Ram Drivers.

Hello your mainboard uses the PCI Express x16 slot.

More info can be found here:

The brand AMD makes very good graphic cards.
With a fan or without it.
A computer shop can advice you what to buy in your case.
Your powersupply must be atleast 400 watts, to support a graphic card with extenal power connection.
I guees you will run low on memory, because the mainboard does not support more than 2 gb of ram.
This means you can not play the biggest games, available today.
My advice to you is to buy a new pc, for better game perfomance.
But ofcouse it depends what games you play.

Good luck

I purchased mercury PI845Z motherboard. For one year it works good, but after that when I play any video (flv,mp4...) full desktop flickers, and when I start video call then also it flickrs. I have 1G

Hello try to renew the vga driver from here:

Or run the intel driver update utility from here:

You can also add a better graphic card, on the mainboard for better performance.
This mainboard has the AGP slot, for adding a graphic card.
Just make sure you have the driver, for your windows system.

Good luck

I installed windows 7 but my vga(via p4m266a) doesn't support how can i fix it

Hello if it is this mainboard:

It`s to old to run windows 7 with the onboard graphic.
And the driver does not supports windows 7.

You can add a new graphic card in the agp 4X
socket on the mainboard.

Just make sure the graphic card driver supports windows 7.

Good luck

Cannot play on media player

Disable the onboard sound card and go to a store and get a soundboard to replace this , this would be a cheaper solution then replaing the mainboard..

Plz suggest powerful graffic card that mainboard ms-7211 support

You are just about at the "top of the line" for that motherboard. AGP is now outdated and your board does not support PCI express. The only boost from the video card you can get is a ATI 9800 Pro or equal. Although the 9800 doesn't support shader 3.0. Your memory is also low. Try getting another 1 GB ram. Best bet is a new motherboard with PCIe and 2gb or more ram with at least a video card with 512mb GDDR3 or more.
