Simply probe the valve for current when the controller demands. If there is none - the controller is bad.

What is F27 error code?

The F27 error code indicates an overflow condition. If the washer is overfilled and continues to fill with water, this would indicate that you have an inlet water fill valve that is stuck open. If you unplug the washer and water continues to fill the tub, then the inlet fill valve assembly will need to be replaced. Make sure that the drain system is properly installed according to the installation instructions. An improperly installed drain system could result if siphoning of drain water back into the washer.
Check to see if the drain pump is working properly to pump out the water. When the F27 occurs, the drain pump will run constantly to pump out the water. The door will remain locked. Shut off the water supply faucets behind the washer. If water is not being pumped out of the washer, you could have a clog in the drain pump or drain hose. The following link of a previous answer provides advanced troubleshooting for a drain problem:
Why won't my HE4t washer drain?
If the washer is not overfilling and the F27 remains even after the washer is drained, then it is likely that you have a failed pressure switch. A failed electronic control board in the washer could also cause this problem. To access the pressure switch, unplug the washer and remove the top panel. Screws at the very back of the top panel secure it to the washer. Remove these screws and pull the top panel slightly back and then up and off of the washer. Sometimes, you can reset a stuck contact in a pressure switch by tapping on it with the handle of a screwdriver. I you cannot reset it, the pressure switch will need to be replaced. If you have the same problem after replacing the pressure switch, you will likely need to replace the control board in the washer.

Washer will not drain even after changing water pump

There is a drain pump that is separate from the main pumps on most kenmore elites. There is also a check valve that could be stuck open. 8 of 10 times, however, if the machine was working fine and is now not fully draining, this is due to a drain hose pluggage or kink somewhere between the drain pump and the discharge into the sink. I've seen grease totally block the discharge into the sink trap and cause this problem. This should be thoroughly checked and must be 100% clear for the dw to drain properly.

Coins stuck in drain

It is a common fault that the drain fails to work in most machines in a period of time and is the most problematic fault in a washing machine. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that water has leaked then as the drain hose pump/valve and fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for possible leaks here. In some cases the drain hose would be clogged at the drain end to outlet of the house and so there will be back flushing resulting in overflow to the outside. Also the drain pump/valve can be clogged. Now remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain pump/valve, clean the drain pump/valve, use back flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there is no residual water remaining.

I have a bosch washer machine which has got a bras wire stuck in the drum i think. When i run the washer now water is coming out from under the machine.

possibility of such a bra wire stuck in the drain valve or drain hose, you can check, ranging from filter sewage water to the drain valve (with drain motor). you should open the drain valve / motor assembly. wire bra might clog there. so that the rubber water valve does not close properly

When it gets to the rinse cycle, water is coming out of the hose into the sink not allowing it to fill, but their is a continuous dribble of water coming out of the hose into the washer, so whatever goes...

maybe your diverter valve at the pump is stuck open. Its a lilttle red box looking thing under the waasher by the pump. That little red box looking thing is you wax motor that has a plunger hooked up to a small looking piece. That wax motor moves the pluger in and out depending what cycle it is on. So im thinkng that went bad maybe and has the valve stuck open and thge water that is trying to fill is passing thru the pump and thru the drain hose. When the water fills its supposed to be closed tha way it contains all the water when it fills and wont let any get thru pass the pump and thru the drain hose.

Water not pumping into dishwasher

I first checked the water valve in the dishwasher. It was working properly. The overflow or water level sensor had become stuck in the 'high level' position, thus telling the washer that it was already full of water. I corrected that and it began working properly. As for water in the bottom of the dishwasher that didn't seem to be draining completely - I turned the timer to a point in the cycle where it would drain, making sure I turned the washer off before it cycled back to the 'fill or rinse' cycle. I think the water had accumulated because of the timing of the cycles getting out of sync with the water level in the washer.

Dish washer not working, lights come on but nothing happens, will not drain water that is in there either.

flooding the sink won't have anything to do with the dishwasher.unless the check valve on the dishwasher got stuck closed. Can you hear the pump come on?

Peter,

where is the water coming out at? Are you using the proper detergent? if the machine is too full of water and a fill float valve is stuck open, water sometimes overflows.

Check to make sure the fill valve is working, then check to make sure pump is operating. (you will know when you turn the machine onto the rinse cycle.)
