Question about Televison & Video
I was getting blue circular lines in the screen when there was a solid colour on the screen. Now there are both blue and red circles. Is this a sign that the bulbs are burning out?
Depends on the TV model, if this is a rear projection TV with CRT lamps, that means that either CRTs are not aligned (fault on convergence board) or one or more CRTs had blown.

as you see green screen with lines through it
lines you are seeing is called retrace lines.
the problem is due to green video output section failure
