For no apparent reason and with no apparent damage, the paper tray on my Samsung ML-1510 printer now pops out whenever I try to print a page, thus causing a print failure.
The only situation in which it appears able to print a page is when there are no more than around 5 sheets in the tray. The printing process then seems to be fine, i.e. there are no paper jams within the drum.
It seems that, for no apparent reason, significantly more force is being applied to picking up a sheet of paper from the paper tray. However, nothing seems amiss when looking at the central feed roller (elliptical shape) or tray (e.g. no cracks, broken plastic or dysfunctional spring).

The MP tray is the fold down 50 sheet tray that is built in to the front door of the Samsung ML-3712. It is usually used for thick papers, letterheads and unusual sized paper.
Sometimes people mistake the 250 sheet cassette tray that slides underneath the printer for the MP tray.
If you want to print on plain paper in your cassette tray and you keep getting this message.
1. cancel all print jobs
2. try printing a new document ( you can make a new word document with just one line)
if that works
Usually one of the settings in the print job you are printing will be out of specification ( could be too small margins) and the printer will be trying to feed from the MP tray
If the new print job doesn't work, the problem is likely in your default printer settings/properties

Red Error Light BlinksIf your printer's On Line LED is blinking red, your printer's toner is exhausted and needs to be replaced. On Line and Error Light Blink Simultaneously If your printer's On Line and Toner Save LEDs blink simultaneously, your printer requires service.
Check the paper tray. There's a latch along the lower left edge that's supposed to let the paper pop up when the tray is inserted so it can feed. If the tray looks OK, check the paper path again and look for a torn off piece of something in there. All it takes is one little piece of paper jammed in there to make the light come on. Use a flashlight and try blowing some air through it with the tray out, back door open and cartridge removed.
Dear sir; That's very difficult to tell you detail how to take apart the parts, but I can teach you a easy way and tricky way, this cause you problem is paper pick-up roller, right above the paper tray. therefor you have move out the tray , remove the toner ctg. flip machine over (bottom up) then you will see the roller very clear, clean up with rubber rejuvenator, try it out, and please let me know how does it work, good luck! HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY !!!
I have the exact same problem with my ML-1651N printer. It started out as an annoying problem that i solved by pulling the paper try out and then pushing it back in again. Now that solution doesn't work anymore.
