Question about Singer 2732 Mechanical Sewing Machine
I saw your answer to someone else's problem with a Singer 2732. I too have this maching and it is constantly making a knotted mess underneath. I saw that you said it may have to do with timing. How do I adjust the timing?

"Birdnesting" occurs when there is no tension on the needle thread to pull the bobbin thread. This is easily corrected by rethreading the machine, following the threading path carefully and making sure the thread is fully engaged in the tension mechanism.
