1 st download the audio driver from net...............

then save it on a cd...
now re install ur window(i recoment o/s-xp sp2)
then install ur audio driver ..
i m 100% sure that it will work..

Check your manual for the Driver type. If it is the common AC97 - then is is available for free download - just Google for it.
Also the Motherboard or utilities disk that came with the computer should have it.
