Question about D-Link RangeBooster G WBR-2310 Wireless Router (WBR2310)
It should say WEP which is on a lable eather on top or bottom of your roter. You will need to enter it exactly as it apers on the label or you will not be able to use you internet or any home network features. If there is anything else that you need on this issue just leave another post.

Please ensure that you are tying in the correct password (WEP Key)
I suspect that there could be an issue with the 0 (Number) and O (Alphabet) while you are typing it in.
You could log into the router and go to Wireless settings then change the password to one of your choice.
