Question about Apple iPod nano 2nd Generation MP3 Player
It's frozen on one song and does not respond even to turn off. When I connect it to it's host Apple computer the computer isn't recognizing it, consequently I can't re-set it. Help!
Turn the hold switch from on to off, a few times and leave it in the off position.
Then press and hold down the center of the main button and the menu button at the same time. Hold them down for around 10 seconds or until you see the apple logo.
Works best setting it on a desk or table.
It it still acts stupid, repeat this.
This procedure is called a hard reset. I would get rid of that song too. Its probably corrupted. If its itunes music, they won't charge you.
