Be sure to check:
The tv is on the appropriate AV Channel ( the same one you plugged the ps3 cable into )

The cables are connected properly.

Or Your channel input settings might be wrong on your tele ,, so maybe, AV 2 is set to actually take signal from the AV 3 input...
Maybe wrong but just check these things cause sometimes its something stupid and you'll kick youself later ha ..Good luck

I have hooked up my dish, yamaha receiver, CD player, blueray player and have surround sound for everything but the TV, Help!

Usually, unless the TV show is being broadcast itself in surround sound, the surround decoder in the receiver will default to front only sound on TV shows. When a TV show says that it is in surround sound, the receiver will decode it. I think the Law and Order series in broadcast in surround.
Hope this helps,
Best, Mark

How i can progam the tach

You don't have to program the tach brother.. just hook the wire they tell you to use to the Negitive coil wire or to the tach its self. the Alarm is self learning. when it see's a signial it will determine if its a 6, 8 or 4 cyl and what the RPM's are and thats it man bob;s ur uncle..! Even if you don't have a tach the - coil wire has the signial everytime the coil fires thats what your seeing on the tach the coil fireing ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc00cc

Initial setting...turn on TV Select input to which the unit is connected.......I cannot figure out how to do that We've managed to do all the connections. When we turn on the new unit we do not know how...

You didn't specify what TV you have so I'm kind of shooting in the dark. Check your TV remote and see if there is a key marked "Input". This would be used to switch from the different inputs into your TV. I don't know which input your DVD is hooked up to. It usually says "Input 1" or "Input 2" near where your DVD cables plug into the TV. Sometimes you can access the inputs by going to channel 2 and then going down 1 or 2 channels. Hope this helps.

I had a issues with my power supply no after i

Check to make sure that everything is properly hooked up again. You hard drive may have power flowing too it, but it may not be hooked up to the motherboard and reading properly. Just check to see if everything is properly hooked into the right spots. If it is, make a comment on this letting us know and I'll see if I can figure it out from there.

I hope this helps.

Hooking up laptop to tv

Sometimes it can be a little tricky to get it working.

If your using a vga monitor cord then you will need to right click on the desktop and go to properties.

Then go to settings and click on the number 2 display and then go into the properites.

Go to the display tab and turn off the notebook but leave the monitor on and it should show up on your tv.

I hope this helps,

If your not using a vga cord let me know what your using and I can help you a little more.

Feel free to post another comment and I will read it so we can get this figured out.

This the cisnet

Well, I CAN say, that usually an orange monitor light means:
  • "No Signal"
  • Either because, the computer isn't on, or the monitor just isn't receiving a video signal from the video card.
Is the video card an on-board adapter.. or is there an actual addon video card?

Reply in more detail as to how you have everything hooked up, and what exactly happens, and I'll be more than happy to help figure out what is wrong.

I have a new TV Model 47PFL3603D/F7 and am hooked up to comcast digital box and cannot figure out how to get my comcast remote to regulate the volume. I have the set on channel 3 and everything works...

Usually on a universal remote (after programmed) the volume is controlled by pressing the cable button then adjusting the volume. When you turn your tv on by pressing tv power---then flipping through the channels by pressing cable--channel up or down. The remote (in my experience usually only controls the volume while in the cable mode)
