Sony dav dz100 won't eject dvd

the dvd player is reading unlocked when i enter the hold open and stop buttons for five seconds.i tried holding stop button for five seconds after putting the system in standby mode,but it read mecha lockd i think then shut off.please help if u can.thanks

Press standby button to turn on the set, select dvd function then press and hold STOP and EJECT button for five seconds or more to UNLOCK cd slot. You will see UNLOCK in display.
