Ok cool,I will help you to reset the phone Nokia 6600 from the security lock or password lock,You can get the Master reset code from here

well that is not license key you can say ,its unlock code and it is the master code which is generated with the IMEI no..when you forget your mobile security code

no need to re4mat it.just go to cell repairshop ipa info m lng & then mababasa mo n ung nilagay mong password...gudluck
