You can download PSP games through your your PC.You have installed 'media go' software first in your PC ( Just get it from sony web through internet ).
Open up the media go then sign in.
Download the games then connect your PSP to PC via usb cable, Transfer your game to PSP memory stick. Disconnect your PSP from PC and open your memory stick for downloaded games.
On the PSP homescreen go to far left menu the ''settings'' menu and go to the top choice ''system update'' it should say ''Update via Internet'' and ''Update via Storage Media'' you need to choose Update via Internet you need a internet connection obviously,so if you haven't made internet settings for the PSP do it now.When you've done it go back to the part I mentioned above and choose Update via Internet I can't remember exactly what happens from here it's not too hard though just say yes to everything it should download it,once it's finished downloading,go back to system update,but this time choose Update Via Storage Media keep your charger plugged in now it might damage your PSP if it runs down while updating,when it's finished you go to back to the Games tab and select the Memory Stick,not the saved data utility,it should have the update in the folder you can delete this now because it'll just take up space on your memory card,it should be all done now.

2- Connect PSP to computer using USB cord, then go under my computer, and select the psp memory card(whatever its called). Then make a folder titled "PICTURE", and drag pics from your computer into your folder.
3- Over the internet on your psp. Go find an image on internet, put cursor over it, then click triangle. Go to file, then save image. That will download the image to your psp memory card
