blue screen errors are a bad sign. You probably have a virus or a corrupted hard drive. Depending on your computer expertise, I recommend either re-formatting your hard drive (you will lose everything), or purchasing a new computer.
Blue screen with a message on it = BSOD Find the number of the error and google for it, you will get a general idea of what is causing it. The easiest way of fixing that is to backup your files and reinstall Windows.
This article may help you....or these.
If you can turn off the auto restart to get a stop error code from the blue screen, that will help you to diagnose this error. See 'disabling restart..." here. Then reboot and note the exact error code reported. Write back with that info and we'll help you to sort it out.
You can look up codes here.

if your computer is getting this blue screen of death, then try getting in safe mode with networking of the computer& if you are able to go there you can uninstall & reinstall the video driver from that safe mode page because you will be able to work on that page...
Your hard drive is likely bad. Replace or have it replaced then use you install cd and reinstall everything.
If you don't have the cd to reinstall everything you might be able to get it from ACER . See weblink below.
PS admin password can be gotten around by removing the battery. Jumping out the board or batter terminals the reseting the bios to the default settings. With the cd I doubt you will even need it.
When you first power your computer on, you'll want to press F2 to get into the bios. If you're lucky, your bios will have the option to turn off the Automatic Restart on System Failure. It may be worded differently, but if you can turn that off, then you'll be able to see what your blue screen says.
Also, if you have your Windows XP cd (if that is your operating system), you'll want to boot up with the cd in your drive, to get to the XP Recovery Console. Run the command: chkdsk /r
(It takes about 30+mins to finish)
It will scan and repair any errors it may find on your hard drive.
