I need to reset the Key Operator Password on Ricoh 1515MF

press clear mode then press 1 then press0 then press 7 then press stop button hold down for 5 seconds should see display say 1copy press 1 then press 7 ok then press 810 press ok follow instructions.

try this:

Log in as Supervisor (no password), reset the admin password in Key Operator Tools. Then disable (also in Key Operator Tools) all authentications. This information is also available in the user manuals, because all settings are done in the User Tools. There's no need to go into SP-modes, that's if the supervisor account works. If not a new NVRAM is needed.

need to enter service programs print out 5990-2
then exe 5801 memory all clear
put all the settings back to where the were set
the printout will show you default and current settings

To clear the memory (reboot) the RICOH AFICIO you will have to send it to the factory where they will wipe the memory and restore the machine to its defaults.

Type the IP address of your machine into your web browser. Login to Administrator Mode as follows:
Username: admin (or possibly "administrator")
Password: (leave blank)

You must program the email addresses in the machine address book, so that you will have a destination list to scan to email.
You can also try to scan by pressing the Scanner button to access the scanner function and input the email address manually by selecting manual, and then press the Start button to scan the document.

if u have bios password u shoud do that remove your bios battry from the motherboard for few mints & your password will be reset
