Won't stop cancelling

I have a HP Photosmart C4500 All in one series until..I was printing a paper and decided to cancel it, my problems that for the past hour it keeps saying cancelling. What do I do, and to let you know, I'm not very good with these things, I need HELP. Thank you.

Unplug the printer power cord, reboot the computer, plug printer back in.
