Scanner stopped working

I would suggest you to follow the methods below:
Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:
  1. Click on the Start button, and type "Troubleshooting" on the search bar.
  2. Click on troubleshooting, then click on "Hardware and sound".
  3. Under Hardware and Sound, click on "hardware and devices".
  4. A pop-up will appear, click on the "Next" button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for the scanner are not installed or updated. I suggest you install/update the latest version for drivers by downloading it from the manufacturer website.

Exact same problem

firstly I hope the model number is correct. if yes try once again the following steps.

disconnect the Docketport from usb. go to device manager and see there devices marked with yellow exclamation mark. remove them and restart the windows.

1. download the driver and install it

2. secondly Docketscan application is needed it too and intall

now try connecting the dockerport
I hope this should make things work.

Microsoft windows installer

this message pop up only when your OS is damaged. try and repair your window Xp and then reintall whatever you want to install. it should work. but if it continues, then check on your RAm, there may be damping, try and replace it. Good luck
