I have just bought a SE K850i. One time I used the handsfree headset while calling somebody. After I disconnected the headset from the phone, I could not anymore hear any sound from the phone.I could not hear its ringing when i make calls and cannot hear the voice of the person I am calling.I used the loudspeaker but the voice quality is very bad. Please help me solve this annoying problem.Thank you.

If you cannot answer calls probably the answer to this problem that either your BlueTooth handsfree headset device is either malfuctioning or that when you registered the handsfree device you did not search for the service profiles and lock those in or either the handsfree headset device does not have an microphone.
To make a handsfree call from the bluetooth device (Voice dialing) - Briefly press the PWR/END button to activate “Voice Command”. You will get the best results if you first record the voice dialing tag through your Headset.
does this problem exist when you have the headset installed? is the sound quiet when headset used? if your sound is ok when in headset mode but not in ordinary mode, then there may be a speaker issue here... it may have excess dirt trapped in the tiny grille where the sound exits or the speaker may have sustained some damage by excess dirt pushing through and damaging it... or you could be really unlucky and just have a speaker that has just given up... check these solutions before you decide to go further
Echoing is usually a simple problem to fix, try turning the phone a bit. Echoing comes from the phone hearing itself. Possible, but seldom the case, is crosstalk from the headset being poorly manufactured. I'm a former Tech support rep for a major carrier in the USA.
Note: The handsfree speaker won’t work when your phone is connected to a handsfree car kit or headset. this is all they have to offer http://motorola-global-eng.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/motorola_global_eng.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3056&p_created=1176240143&p_sid=yvNEkhXi&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9MjUzJnBfcHJvZHM9JnBfY2F0cz0mcF9wdj0mcF9jdj0mcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1yaW5nIHdpdGggaGVhZHNldA**&p_li=&p_topview=1 and vibrate and ring setting may be all you can do http://motorola-global-eng.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/motorola_global_eng.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1038
