My PS3 is not working correctly, it is loading up and such, but when i put my ps3 games into the console, they do not load. and they are all in perfect working condition, i think their might be some internal problem with the console but i am unsure as to how i can fix it so that i can play my games again, can someone please assist me?
One of the first things I'd suggest to you is to try cleaning the lens. It's possible a little bit of dust or smoke etc has clouded it up a bit. I'm pretty sure DVD lens cleaning discs will not work, but don't quote me on that. Anyway a blu-ray lens cleaner should run anywhere from just over 10 to probably around 20$US. In fact I think Amazon has a special on one from Maxell.
If that fails you may very well indeed have a problem with your blu-ray drive if it's in warranty I'd contact Sony A.S.A.P.
On a side note does it read DVD's CD's or blu-ray movies or is it only Blu-ray games?
