Question about GE WSXH208A Front Load Washer
My washing machine will not drain all of the water out of the clothes. What could be the problem?
You have a clogged drain pump or the hose between the tub and drain pump is clogged. There is a possibility that your model has a plastic cup inside of the pump inlet hose designed to keep objects and lint from getting to the pump. You can find this out by squeezing that hose and see if it feels hard. If that's the case you will need to remove the hose from the tub clamp side to pull the cup out and clean it out. Then the machine should function normally.
