Free wireing diagram on a 1987 DS Electric golf cart
I have a Club car 1987 DS electric golf cart in pieces and would like to put it together for my Parents, Trying to cut coners in cost, can anyone direct me in a free how-to download or anything that might help?

the wire could be starting to break inside the jacket somewhere, the surfaces on the terminals could be corroded / tarnished..I suggest that you take the cable off and clean it and the terminals including the washers and nuts and then re-install it. If it is still getting then you should try a new one. While it is off you could have an electrician check it out with a multi-meter for proper resistance, hope this helps you
never leave charging all the time you want to charge it every 6 hrs of running time to let your batterys cycle down. it would be the same if you charge your cell phone everytime you make a call if you cant keep track of it get a state of charge its a volt metter like a gas gauge for the batterys if you do it my way you will get more run time and your batterys will last around 10 yrs if keep doing it your way them about a couple yrs on them
I have an EZGO powerwise 36V charger, model 28115-GO3 that was installed onboard a cart. I want to use this charger for another cart, but the charger has 3 wires out. Why 3 wires? One is +, the other -. what do I do with the third wire? The wires are red, black and yellow; two odf the wires are 10-12 gauge, the other is around 16 gauge.
