Question about HP Photosmart C5580 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a HP Photoshart C5580 copier. I am using black 74. I'm having to replace the cartridge after making about 60 - 70 draft copies (text). For my needs, I do not print on normal. Yet, on the cartridge box, it claims that I should be able to make at least 200 pages. Most of my copies do not contain a complete page full of text. I have not attempted to print prints. I usually need to print at least 60 copies a day. That means I will need a new cartridge EVERYDAY. What am I doing wrong?
Purchase the 74XL cartridge for 3x the prints. You may want to consider a different printer or laser printer for more cost effective prints and reliability as your printer will most likely wear out before you want with that quantity of printing.
