Hello! My hp 2550l color laser printer needed a new image drum a few weeks ago or more. Just a few days ago we installed a new one and also the yellow toner and now the only color that print is yellow. We already did the clean sheet process. It won't even print the test page!

- I just changed my color ink , and everything prints out yellow , Even the black and white pictures pring out in yellow I am angry !!!!- Guest

Are you sure that none of the other colours are empty? If they are then this could be the problem
