This is the duration of the factory battery from Samsung:
Battery Duration Talk time Standby time Slim up to 2.5h up to 35h Standard up to 3.5h up to 65h Extended up to 6h up to 105h
You should be able to purchase a battery at any major retailer.

It looks like battery is damaged... When plugged in to charger phone shouldn't power on. Try put it on charger when on and see if charging icon appear. (top right corner-battery status icon should change -insted of battery to charging.) Battery is fully charged after cca 4 hours, 80% after 2 hours.

SOURCE: inverted screen of my cellphone
unfortunately, there is no simple answer to this, the only solution is to take apart the phone, and reverse the wiring... which will usually be in a bracket... if it is, you should just be able to flip it, if not, you are gonna need a solder gun to create a hard bypass from the wire to the screen, either way, you have to reverse the wiring and this should fix the problem! hope this helps!
