When I turn the Fuze on I can not move the menu up or down. It will move to the right when I press it but then on the next menu it will not move up or down. I installed the updates on it and still no joy. :-( I downloaded music, videos, and pics to it with no problem.

Turn on the camera and press the Menu button, then press the right arrow button to move over one column to the Setup menu (looks like two tools). Scroll down to the language selection.....
example which you can see...
On my dsc-h2 it's in Menu >scroll to the right to Setup (last on the list) > scroll down to Setup 1 (toolbox icon) > click right on the wheel (flower icon) > scroll down to the third option (folder with an A icon) > click right again and look for English. If the steps are different for your model sony, you can download a users guide from sonystyle.com customer support page.
Press the home button, then click the down button until you see a graphic of slider controls. Then toggle the right (fwd ) button. Now scroll down to the last selection which is system settings - hit the fwd button again. Language is fourth down from the top. Hit the right (fwd) button again - English is at the top. Cheers!
Press the menu button to bring up the main menu. Scroll to Settings (four slide switches icon) and select it. Scroll the System Settings (the sixth and last item) and select it. Scroll down to Language (sixth item) and select it. Select english.
Press menu a couple of times until you reach the home menu. Scroll down until you reach the last menu item that still has a ">" next to it, enter. Scroll right down to reset all settings, press it, select english and voila!

Here's what they don't tell you: AUX isn't automatically an option when you scroll through the SRC button. You have to turn it on. I know, I know...stupid. I had to contact Kenwood (the maker of the unit) directly to get an answer.
First, press the SRC button repeatedly until it displays STANDBY.
Then hold down the Menu button until MENU is displayed.
Next press up or down on the right control knob, to scroll up or down, until AUX OFF is displayed.
Next hold the right control knob to the left or right until Aux switches on.
Now just press the Menu button to exit.
AUX will now be an option when you scroll through the SRC button
Press Menu, scroll to Interface and press the right arrow key. Scroll using the down arrow and you should see the TCP/IP setting. Press the right arrow and turn off DHCP. Then you can move around to change the IP.
