It's because you don't have an Adobe Flash Player installation yet. It is very useful... It lets you view sites that have shockwave files, movies, etc. Download updated Adobe Flash Player. Here's the link:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Click the Agree and Install now button.
A box will appear, Click the Run button to automatically install it for you.

Uninstalled as was suggested and problem still the same...

What do you mean by "uninstalled as was suggested"? If you uninstalled it, that means the flash player has been deleted from your computer, and therefore obviously your flash will not work.

Try installing it again from the adobe site:

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html

at the very bottom.

Having trouble installing Adobe flash player.

There are a couple of steps you will need to do to install flash
1. Uninstall any old or already installed version of flash on the computer. http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe You can also run this if you don’t have flash or are not sure.
2. Restart the computer
3. Download the stand alone installer from http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe and save it to the computer desktop
4. CLOSE Internet Explorer if is open (IMPORTANT)
5. Install the downloaded file install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe from the desktop.

Flash should not be working

I can't download Flashplayer

Sounds like you may have some registry errors, download a registry repair utility, such as Registry Mechanic or PC Pitstop Optimize.

Cannot install Adobe Flash Player

Try removing it (in add/remove programs) and going directly to Adobe's web site and install again. It may be because of some type of interruption during the original attempt. Even going back to another site (after removal) that requires it and repeating the same steps as last time should work.
