S520 Logitech Keyboard keys are sticking - Logitech S520 Mouse

    Keys don't always type on the right side of the keyboard. Exp: o - p - k - L - n - m - , etc. 2nd example: Type "cool" & it comes out "col".

    How can I fix this?

  • Anonymous Mar 01, 2009

mine is doing the same thing and it started to after the first few weeks. It's not a cleaning issue.

This keyboard is horrible. Several of the keys stick or will not work.
I called customer support which was not very helpful. They told me to take the batteries out of the keyboard then retry the keyboard and if it still did not work return it to the store I bought it from..
I like the set up of the keyboard but? to bad it does not work.
As I am typing this with my old keyboard because I can not use the the s520

Just wanted to add my disappointment with the LogiTech S520 keyboard. Unlike my old HP keyboard it could not withstand a very minor coffee spill(lost ESC,Caps Lock and number 7 functionality). I cannot believe LogiTech actually tested this product thoroughly and put it out to market. I cannot buy one of their products again.

If the keys are sticking usually means you need to clean the keyboard

I have a s520 wireless keyboard. What is happening is the white colored letters and numbers are wearing off, this includes the C , N, I, L, and E keys so far. I did try liquid white out. It does work...

Howdy, my daughter wears her keys bald all the time now only the repaired keys are legible. Here is what she does: She uses pen or colored nail polish and covers it with clear nail polish once it has dried. Very durable.

Logitech s520 keyboard is not recognized on my windows 7 dell laptop

Hi!

You have to install the drivers for the Logitech S520. You can get the drivers from the logitech site on this page: http://www.logitech.com/en-in/433/4678?section=downloads&bit=&osid=14&selectedFile=0
Download the program file, install it and your wireless keyboard and mouse should work fine.

My 1/! key wiggles kinda like a loose tooth and the enter key isn't quite right either.

Replace the keyboard -- much cheaper than paying a technician $50 to $75 per hour to try to repair it.

Responsibly recycle the "dying" keyboard.

My mouse works, but whenever I hit any key on the keyboard, the computer just beeps.

Check that the PS/2 keyboard is *NOT* plugged-in to the PS/2 "mouse" port on your computer.

Or, borrow a keyboard, and see if that keyboard is "beep-free".

I have no problem with my Logitech S520 key board! I would just like to know what all of the extra buttons are for. Is there a picture somewhere that shows the key board and describes it? I'am 60 years old...

gotot logitech.com and goto support and look up your model #. there you can find the information you need

You can also find all that information in the documentation that came with your keyboard.
