Re: radio code say off
You need to leave the radio on (with OFF displayed) and the ignition in the accessory position for about 2 hours. Then the radio will return to saying "CODE" and you can input your code and unlock the radio.

Try removing the - negative - black battery terminal for at least 5 minutes then reconnect it. NOTE All of your preset radio stations clock and other settings will also be reset. Check your owners manual for more information.
Hold down "power" and "volume up" at the same time to do a reset. You need a 'firmware update' from the Delphi website. Also, you can call Delphi for help too.
What you need to do is simultaneously hold the VOLUME UP button as well as the MODE button. This will reset the unit.

You have to program what is called a "SAME" code specific to your county. These weather radio SAME codes are available from the National Weather Service website. Look up your state, then your county - it will give you the 6 digit code for your country, AND what frequency if closest to you as well. You will want to delete the unused counties, which is the whole idea behind these radios - program ONLY the one or two counties CLOSEST to you. There is also a phone number for these codes. You can also email you local NWS office on their website for assistance. The 6 digit code made up of a 3 digit number for your state and the 3 digit number for your county, making it specific to your location. Let me know if you need more info. Regards.
Sounds like this problem is very new...did it start to do this at first or just lately? I hate to sound ugly on this topic, but OUCH! I am just going to let you guys know to look at the manual in trouble shooting. Try to reset the radio...here is a trick while in the car. Open the car with the radio(sirius radio) off, wait 10 secs close the door, turn it on...reset then call sirius and go from there. (RESET)
