Whirlpool Quiet Partner II DU960PWKBO hard H20 deposits

How can I remove the bottom stationary circular thing so i can clean out the muck I can feel under when I run my finger around the edge. I removed the round element just on top of this piece that allows the wter to flow up to the top shelf. Then I removed abut 8 screws from the top of this piece, but it won't budge. I tried just running vinegar through and allowing vinegar to sit in it overnight, but the sludge is still there.

Whirlpool quiet partner ii dishwasher has quit working. Power is getting to the dishwasher but it is not coming on at all. There is water standing in the bottom of it and a very foul smell is present.

This dishwasher has a thermal fuse that attaches to the main control board that may have failed, it can be tested with a meter for continuity if it does not have continuity then it is your problem.

Quiet partner ii just stopped

Most likely it has an internal fuse or relay gone bad. Check the curcuit w/ a "glow stick" power identifier available at Lowes or Home Depot.

I have the Whirlpool Quiet (??) Partner II. My

Have this same problem with my Whirlpool DU1145XTBA. Found out that when you start the unit, it fills with water. If the water does not rise above the filter mesh in the bottom center of the unit then the pump doesn't have enough water to supply pressure to the upper sprayer. Had to replace the Flow Meter. It tells the unit how much water to supply to the unit.
