Question about Philips PA1039 Mouse
Have a brand new in the box Philips PA2039 trying to run on my Dell XPS laptop with Vista. found where I can turn my touch pad off, but the mouse still doesn't work. It shows the mouse is connect and working properly. Any ideas?
Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the
USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When
the program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB
port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
