Admiral Dryer Model #AGD4475TQ No Heat

This is very rare on a gas dryer but I have seen it. If you have already replaced all that other stuff I would say it has to be inside the timer. On one I worked on once I could remove that orange wire and the dryer would function ok so I ordered a new timer, they sent me a bad timer. Same problem. I finally got a working timer after going through a bunch of mess. That fixed it. So if all the other components are working it very well could be the timer.

Gas dryer heats at first then take forever to dry, auto dry setting does not advance

If it works to begin with and fails afterwards then that can only be them solenoids mounted on the gas assembly. Here is my home video which shows how to check and replace:

The beep that signals load is done sounds prematurely for about a minute ,the dryer continues until load is dry then shuts off

On this dryer each of the seven automatic cycles listed on your machine perform different functions based on fabrics, load size or variables. In essence the first four settings (Heavy Duty to Delicate) relate to your desired drying temperatures of high, medium, low or extra-low respectively. The moisture level of the load is determined by the dryer's sensor system and the machine will set the drying time to an optimal level.

Whirlpool added a WRINKLE FREE feature or what one might describe as an extended intermittent tumbling time. This added cycle helps reduce wrinkling when you may not be able to unload the dryer immediately after the end of the cycle when the buzzer goes off. Starting this setting is a simple one button operation at the control panel. TheWrinkle Shield™ Plus Feature is preset to on during the permanent press cycle.

My whirlpool gas dryer is not getting hot and clothes not drying my model # LGT7848AQ0

Hi,

Check to see if a household fuses has blown or circuit breaker has tripped. Dryer use 2 household Fuses or a circuit breakers, Replace the Fuses or reset the circuit breaker.

Make sure gas supply is on for gas dryer, Clean the lint filter and exhaust duct.

If neither of the solution worked then consult a qualified electrician.

Good Luck and have a nice day.

Rating the solution is highly appreciated.

Whirlpool Electric dryer LE5800XSW3 won't dry

This repair will most likely be much cheaper than buying a replacement, unless you just want to make a jump to gas. First, check the venting for the dryer. Clogged venting can cause prolonged drying times. It could also be caused by a blown thermal fuse, bad heating element or high limit thermostat. If the venting is clear all the way to where it exhausts to the outside, then I would suspect bad thermal fuse or high limit thermostat. They can be tested using a multimeter or ohmmeter. It is best to replace both the thermal fuse and the high limit thermostat at the same time and they often come from the parts supplier as a set. I'll attach a photo of a fuse/thermostat for reference. Really sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped some. Best wishes.

Dryer turns on but doesnt spin

Are you meaning the drum turns freely by hand? IF so then the belt would be this factor..could be off track/pulley or just stretched over perior of use. That is the main reason that dryers and washers have load limits (weight capacity). But belts to both washer and dryers should always be replaced every 3 years as up keep.

I have a whirlpool gold ultimate care II electric dryer and have to dry everything on high twice to get it dried. any suggestions?

first how is the clothes out of the washer? That might not be spinning fast enough in final spin. When was the last time the dryer vents was cleaned. Do you have a flow out the vent? If so then something might be going on with sensors.

Whirlpool Gas Dryer keeps running on auto dry setting

When you moved the sensor wire on the moisture sensor may have fallen off.
Remove the front panel and locate the wire and the connection. It will be on the right side near the lint filter vent. If it is still connected your timer has gone bad.

Whirlpool Gas Dryer, LGR5636EQ2, timer not moving on Auto (DryMis

If that is a 3 wire gas assembly then the timer is screwed. The orange wire when removed from the mix will make the thing advance. The trouble is in the timer. If that is a 2 wire gas operator you need to change the high limit and open up the outside vent. My opinion.
