Question about Toshiba CX32H60 TV
Have changed batteries in both of the remotes to no avail. The digital remote works fine to select channels. Will not change volume on tv.

You need the original remote controller to be able to switch input modes.Universal ones usually don't work. If you don't have the original remote and can't find it ever or if it is too expensive you can buy an rf modulator ( very cheap) and connect your dvd player, game console etc) to the modulator then connect the modulator to your antenna with a coax cable. This worked for me. It placed the connection to channel 4 and other cable channels are still working,
You can buy the RF Modulator from: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180299245670

The remote's broken.Find the replacement of the remote with same type, or
if you want to do it yourself, open the remote case, then try cleaning all the rubber pad and the button pad inside the remote using alcohol, this should works.
