Question about Dell Inspiron 4100 Notebook
Installed Delorme GPS into my laptop Inspiron 4100. Now when I run the program for GPS it tells me Direct X says not insufficient video memory. I'm running Windows XP, 256 MB Ram. How do you upgrade for video memory and what's the best.
The Inspiron 4100 has a 16MB video card built in to the motherboard. It is not upgradable. It appears that the system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the program, so you'll have to get a more powerful system to run that application. sorry =(
