I open the blu-ray and I raised a little a metallic plate that grazed with the plastic of gives return and the noise took off to him and loaded discs I did this because blu-ray is outside the United States and left expensive to give back it

    Thanks

No read this disc

Cd or DVD could be an unsupported type of disk some can (CD-Rw, DVD+/DVD-, the format the data is in may not be readable ( Mp3, WMF, AAC) , or it could possibly be a disk with another country's reign code ( foreign disks can cause disk incompatibility.

Will not read disc

As it's less than a year old the manufacturer's warranty should still apply.

Your player probably has a failed laser head unit; if you have to pay to fix this fault then you'd be better off just chucking it away and buying a replacement as it will be cheaper.

Can not read disc

I mainly use my DVR to record TV shows on DVD-RAM discs (Panasonic brand or Maxell). I've had no problems with the DVD-RAM discs. However, today when I put a DVD-R disc in the recorder, I got an "Incompatible Disc" error message. I tried a second disc from the same set, and got the same message. I tried out some of the DVD-Rs that I recorded last year and I could read them. Tried a DVD-RAM. That was OK. So, I tried another DVD-R disc. That one is OK. I don't know if the problem is that these DVD-Rs are getting a little old (2 years??) or if the recorder is developing its own problems reading discs.

It reads u11

U11 means "incompatible disc"
Either you are trying to read a disc outside your region (region 1 discs required for U.S.) or the player has gone bad.

DVD disc won't play after using roxio's drag to disc

Try the disc in another computer. If it works then the problem is with your dvd burner. If not try burning another disc, if your computer can read it when your done then it may have been a freak thing. If not reinstall roxio or get new software.

Labeling DVD by using the load function

No it doesn't. If you lose power for more than a few minutes, you'll lose everything. It does, however, have an external keyboard capability, which will cut down your input time from a few weeks to a few days. I'm being sarcastic, but I'm very disappointed in this product. In addition to the archaic way it reads and enters disc information, it won't play several DVDs. We get 'unabel to read disc' errors on many movies (new out of the box), and on many more, the unit will actually power off by itself when it tries to read the disc. This is an inferior product that should have never been released. Your best bet is to document a problem and return it for a refund if possible. Our warranty is out, and the best we could get from Sony was a replacement offer for an identical refurbished unit for $273...I don't think so. Run away from this product as fast as you can.
