Question about Dell Inspiron 531s Desktop Computer
I get to step three and when i press enter after i have selected REPAIR YOUR COMPUTER it takes me to the normal mode and sign in screen amnd i never see the DELL FACTORY IMAGE RESTORE to select it. every time i turn computer on it ask for f1 to reboot or f2 and i have to press f1 or i cant do anything or go anywhere i have pressed f2 and went there after that it goes back to where i have to press f1 again.these are your instructions what should i do know. a screen pops up and states VPSHELLRES.DLL COULD NOT BE FOUND. THE BIOS IN THIS SYSTEM IS NOT FULLY ACPI COMPLIANT. ***STOP:0X000000A5, 0X000000A11,0X000000A6,0X0000000, 0X0000000.

Another suggestion is boot the system from your OS disk, if you have one, and repair or reinstall OS. Reinstall should not cause you to loose any files.
